A pouch of my dreams.  A stunning eco-print leaf lies in the center when you open this bag. The leaf that birthed many a vision for bags. This is the first to come of them. Little pieces of fabric adorn each pocket, making playful shapes. Do you like to assign different items to different places?

While I'm making these new bags I'm having so much fun. Letting myself play with scraps and shapes until I gasp in pleasure of the little formation that I created and it gets pinned. The abstract shapes let the subconscious play with the meaning.
 
I really enjoy the process of making these bags and I feel like I can really imagine the kind of person I was making this bag for. Are you this collector I was feeling?
 
A lot of these scraps and shapes came from making my eco-print frogs, which is a nice layer of meaning for the foundation of this bag. 

It is made with a cotton muslin, lined in a white and black linen fabric. The outer portion is made of a beautiful purple eco-print fabric made with blackberry leaves, hazel leaves, and yellow dock root. It is padded with a flannel, making it nice and cushy for your precious collection.
