This gorgeous bag is made from a medley of eco printed fabric scraps. I really let myself have fun putting together the panels for this bag and the result was a beautiful stained-glass effect. The pattern for the patchwork squares comes from Yoko Saito's book, "New Classic Patchwork"

The olive, orange, and purple tones came together so beautifully, I can just keep staring at the patchwork panel on the side, there is so much little beauty in the details the plants created that makes it so interesting to look at. I chose to do a lining with a gentler eco-printed cotton that I made with Blackberry leaves, Dogwood, and yellow dock root.

I used a plain cotton cord for the drawstrings, the ends of each are knotted off with beautiful, grounding agate beads. I offset them as to not clank too much, but rather to occasionally bless your ears with the subtle sounds of stones clanking.

Check out my other rice bags, each is unique and beautiful! A truly special home for your precious belongings to be stored or travel in.
