This pouch is made with a silk noil as the outer fabric, and a champagne-colored silk shantung as the lining, making for a very structured and wonderfully textured pouch. I chose a purple eco-print fabric for the center of the pouch. It is printed with dogwood leaves but some of the details came out more abstract and combined with the tannins in the dye bath it made a subtle tie-dye.
